They have certainly glammed up Countdown presenter Rachel Riley.

Rachel had a hard act to follow when she replaced Carol Vorderman and there has been criticism of her. But this week things changed as she changed her style of dress. She has turned into a vixen with short skirts and high heels.

No doubt desperate measures were needed as the Countdown audience has dropped by half.

The stylists have got to work and seem to have realised that Rachel Riley is an untapped commodity.

As to whether her legs can save Countdown is another matter but it could just do the trick.

Carol Vorderman was very plain when she started on the programme and gradually blossomed. Rachel Riley could well be set to do the same.

A sold out concert in Jakarta, Indonesia has been cancelled by Rihanna amidst security concerns. The concert's organisers said, "The reason is because the security situation in Indonesia is not conducive."
