Srija Marriage
Chiranjeevi's daughter eloped and married her lover. She is Srija, age 19, and she married engineering graduate Sirish Bharadwaj. They married in a temple in Secunderabad.

This is what Srija had to say, "Today morning, I eloped from home and got married to Sirish Bharadwaj. I am 19 years old and he is 22. Since we are majors, we have the right to get married. We got married in Arya Samaj temple today. We have been in love for the past four years and decided to get married this year. We want support from the media and the police because of threats from my family's side."

Harry Potter has proved to be the highest money making movie franchise ever. The seven films are reckoned to be able to gross over £5 ($10) billion. This leaves the likes of James Bond and Star Wars trailing. JK Rowling is now the richest author of all time.

Elton Gets Stroppy
Following the Concert For Diana it appears that Elton John got into a bit of a strop because he was delayed in his car for security reasons. He actually asked the policeman concerned that old celebrity favourite, "Do you know who I am?"

The policeman told him the situation and Elton John was f-ing this and f-ing that and told his driver to drive on. The officer told the driver that if he did he would be arrested - good for him! So there was one unhappy Knight!

Charley Uchea To Win Big Brother?
The Star newspaper reckons there is a 'plot' to make Charley Uchea the eventual winner of UK Big Brother - because she makes good television viewing. It is claimed that Charley is getting special attention and that the program will be edited to favour her. It'll still be up to viewers votes, of course.
