UK's I'm A celebrity Get me Out Of Here kicked off on television last night to nearly 9 million viewers. Already there has been the first bikini shower scene in an attempt to rival previous series. This time it's Nicole McLean showing everyone why she's actually in the show - after all she's not a celebrity!

Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman defined 'boundaries' prior to filming some hot love scenes for their new movie Australia. The action was so steamy that they banned their respective partners from the film set. All in the best possible taste - supposedly.

Reg Varney
The comedian actor, Reg Varney, famed for the television series On The Buses and The Rag Trade has died at the age of 92.

Rod Stewart
The Prince of Wales celebrated his 60th birthday at Highgrove House and Rod Stewart was there, along with wife Penny Lancaster-Stewart, to provide part of the entertainment. Rod is a patron of The Princes Trust.

Jonathon Ross
Another birthday boy is Jonathan Ross, his is today. But, you've got to laugh, he locked himself out of his North London house after dropping his daughter at a train station. He was dressed in a graphic printed set of - well they looked like pyjamas.

Dr Who
Speculation is rife that David Morrisey will be the next Dr Who. In the Dr Who Christmas show David Tennant (present Doctor) comes face to face with another person calling himself a Time Lord - and this is played by David. The BBC would not confirm as to who the next Doctor will be.

Katherine Jenkins
It shattered a few illusions when Katherine Jenkins, operatic singer, admitted that in her past she has taken cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis. She goes on to say, however, that she has been clean for over five years. It's probably best that this news came from herself rather than one of the dodgy tabloids. May well have came to light because she signed a £6 ($10) million deal with Warner Music last month.

David Tennant
Surely not! David Tennant reckons the next Doctor Who could even be former co-star Billie Piper. Can't see that would work. The bookmakers favourite for the role, however, is David Morrissey.

Amy Winehouse
Songstress Amy Winehouse has been given the all clear following admission to hospital for a chest infection. She was also checked to make sure her emphysema hadn't returned. She is now out of hospital.

Lewis Hamilton
It's congratulations to Lewis Hamilton on becoming the F1 World Champion. And what a nail biting finish, all decided on the very last bend. Now the media are saying he could become the wealthiest sportsman ever.

Shakir Stewart
The head of the Def Jam hip-hop record label has been pronounced dead following a self inflicted gunshot wound. His family said in a statement, "As much as we tried to help him, Shakir was in deep pain and largely suffering in silence. Over the past several weeks, Shakir's behaviour was inconsistent with the man we all know and love."

Because of a sinus infection Celine Dion has had to cancel her concert in Chicago, which was scheduled for tomorrow night.

UK's X Factor winner Leona Lewis has said that she hopes she doesn't become as big a star as Mariah Carey or Madonna. She feels this would be too disruptive. She said, "I don't know if I'd like to be that big. I like to lead a relatively normal life. I like the normality of being able to go to the shops, go out with my friends." Could be too late as she's on the fame treadmill already.

Sienna Miller
'A campaign of harassment' is how Sienna Miller's lawyers have described photographers, especially of one photo agency Big Pictures. Legal action is being taken against them by the actress on the grounds that they are guilty of an invasion of privacy and harassment.

It is claimed Sienna Miller has been caused, "Substantial alarm, fear and enormous distress." She has been chased when driving and there have allegedly been, "other forms of physical and verbal intimidation or abuse in their attempts to obtain photographs of her".

Big Pictures are contesting the allegations.

Leona Lewis
It is reported that Leona Lewis has been added to the list of singers to perform at the American Music Awards on November 23rd.

David Tennant
Doctor Who star David Tennant announced at last night's UK National Television Awards that his is quitting the show at the end of next year.

Trevor McDonald
UK's News At Ten newscaster is leaving the show next month. Mark Austin will take his place. Sir Trevor said, "I've tremendously enjoyed the opportunity to help re-establish News at Ten over the last year and to work alongside Julie Etchingham, who is a fantastically talented journalist, but I've made no secret of the fact that I cannot be in the presenter's chair forever."

Jackson Five
The Australian Associated Press reports that the Jackson Five, including Michael Jackson, are to reunite for a tour and album during 2009.

That pillar of good taste Noel Gallagher has jumped to the defence of Russell Brand saying, "I spoke to Russell, he told me he was going to fall on his sword. Personally, I'm outraged that, yet again, the joyless f***ers who write the columns in (British newspapers) have dictated the tone and are telling people how to behave."

Kylie Minogue To Join David Tennant In Dr.Who

Kylie Monogue is thrilled that she will appear in the Christmas Special edition of Dr.Who. Kylie said, "It is an incredible thrill to be joining David Tennant and the entire Doctor Who production for this year's Christmas special. Doctor Who enjoys a unique history and it is going to be exciting to be a part of that."

The Dr. Who television series, with the excellent David Tennant, is a mammoth success and Kylie Minogue will improve it all the more, even if it is only for the one off edition. A great piece of marketing.

The story will follow on from the last series which ended when we saw the Titanic ship crash through the Tardis walls. How could this have possibly have happened? We'll have to wait and find out.

Kylie Minogue's epsisode, an hour long special, is to be called 'Voyage of the Damned' and filming will start in Cardiff, Wales later this month.

One more thing: Martha Jones will return but there will be a new Dr.Who assistant before this happens.
