The Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen is set to tour with her band in the Spring. She's hoping to fulfil her rock'n'roll chick dreams. Taylor is set to go after developing a rock group called Reckless. She said, "I do write it (the songs) all 100 per cent myself. I'm the lead singer and I play guitar and I totally oversee it. It's a huge passion and totally important to me."
