X Factor judge and Girls Aloud band member, Cheryl Cole - not sure what comes first at the moment - has hit back at the media and those who say she is getting too skinny. She said about her weight:

"I don't really care to be honest, as long as fans still like us - they're the ones buying the records.

It doesn't matter what you do anyway - if you're fat they say you're fat, if you're looking thin, they say you're too thin and if you don't have any make-up on they say you're ugly.

I want to eat healthily, I don't want to be clogging my arteries up with crap or eating McDonald's every day, but that's got nothing to do with what the media has to say."

Robert Pattinson
Still on the subject of weight Robert Pattinson says his went down rapidly when he was filming the movie Twilight but this was because he overdid the gym. He said, "I used to go to the gym for about five hours a day but then I started losing so such weight. My head started to look really huge in comparison to the rest of my body."

It is reported that Cliff Richard will reunite with The Shadows (Hank Marvin, Bruce Welch and Brian Bennett) for a 50th anniversary tour in 2009. Between them they have 19 number one hits, mostly in the 1950's and 60's.

Gossip is that the recent marriage in Mexico of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt may not actually be legal. Seemingly only non-religious marriages conducted in Mexico are valid internationally.

Brooke Burke
Model, actress and Playboy spread Brooke Burke won the US Dancing With The Stars. This was the 7th series and her professional partner, Derek Hough, said excitedly, "Wow. I can't believe we did it, girl!" Some of Brooke's nude photos from earlier days are now circulating, as on CelebTease.com for example (over 18's only).

Celebrity Lily Allen has slammed celebrity culture! It's a bad influence on young people - but it does give her 'ridiculous amounts of money to DJ at nightclubs.' Guess she could always give up the celeb lifestyle and set a good example. But not a cat's chance in hell of her doing that.
