Hilary Duff And Her Too Hot For Television Video

It's reported that the promotional video for Hilary Duff's new single, Reach Out, has been censored as it is deemed too raunchy for television in the USA.

In the video Hilary Duff poses in a range of sexy outfits, including bondage gear. This it appears is okay but a scene where she licks a male actor's finger in a lollipop kind of way was simply too much for TV. This scene has had to be cut and replaced by something a little less controversial.
