She's a Mexican soap star who, until recently, was virtually unknown outside of her own country. Now Galilea Montijo's fame has spread worldwide thanks to the Internet where she has become one of the top searches on Technorati.
Why are people searching her?
All because of an alleged sex video. The same old story that gained heaps of publicity for the likes of Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson. The difference in Galilea Montijo's case is that she denies making the video, which supposedly stars herself and two men in some steamy action. It certainly looks like her.
Opinion, however, is that the video is a fake and stars a porn star lookalike.
Galilea has always wanted worldwide fame and now she has achieved this through the power of the Internet spreading rumours and, indeed, the video as well.
Galilea Montijo is 33 years old and was born in Guadalajara.
