A Short Skirt And Victoria Was Made Woman Of The Year

Some people may have been asking if Victoria Beckham had forgotten her skirt, but she had the last laugh. Her short skirt only reached her, erm, groin level but she was voted Glamour magazine's Entrepreneur Of The Year and also took the coveted Woman Of The Year award as well.

Though still often referred to as Posh or Posh Spice she's made her own name with her business interests. Her sunglasses sold out within minutes on their arrival at Harrods. Then there is her range of jeans and her perfume. All in all she's now a successful business woman and not just a girl in a group who couldn't sing too well.

Glamour editor, Jo Elvin, said about Victoria, ' She is indicative of the modern woman, successfully juggling the work / home life balance, and is a role model in terms of achieving it all.'

Perhaps a bit over the top as perhaps David Beckham's influence helped in part. But such is the fame game.
