Lily Allen And Alcohol

Lily Allen has admitted that she is following in her father's footsteps and has a problem with alcohol. Not that this is any real shock to fans.

Lily Allen says, "I'm an alcoholic now. It's not good and that's why I want to get back into the studio. I've actually pulled myself aside and said it will kill me if I keep it up. I've got to stop abusing myself because as far as I'm concerned every loon hates me now."

Her father Keith Allen has been a hard drinker in his time and a reputation in the past as a boozer.

Lily adds, "I have been getting really drunk because I've been so nervous about doing bad shows." The problem has been that in the USA the drink has caused 'bad shows'.

It would be sad to see her talent go to waste.
