Nikki Garrett Sues Zoo Weekly

The Australian golfer Nikki Garrett is suing the magazine Zoo Weekly as she says it likened her to a prostitute and implied she was sexually promiscuous.

It's all down to the photo on the right of Nikki Garrett. She posed for the sexy picture as part of a 2007 charity calendar. A percentage of profits from sales were donated to the McGrath Foundation. Also a percentage was used to fund a scholarship program for young female golfers through the Australian Ladies Professional Golf Association.

Going back to the legal matters Nikki is suing for defamation. The photo was headed in the magazine 'Who's that TV Babe?' and there was a further comment suggesting she is 'Arguably the hottest hole on any green she plays' and that she likes it 'long, strong and accurate when she's out on the course.'

Nicole Maree Garrett was born January 8, 1984 in Gosford, NSW, Australia. She turned a professional golfer October 1, 2005. Her listed likes are, 'Shopping. boxing, music and going to beach.'
