Charlie Sheen, 40, has proposed to his girlfriend Brooke Mueller, the actress and real estate investor.

Brooke Mueller is 28. It is said that Charlie did his asking on a Costa Rican beach accompanied by a $500,000 ring. How could a girl refuse!

The couple were introduced by actress Rebecca Gayheart.

Denise Richards, Charlie's ex, said that she is genuinely happy for them - so that's nice.
