Mindy McCready, has now been released from the Lee County Jail following her arrest in the early hours of Saturday morning. Mindy McCready was booked on charges of battery and obstruction of justice.Mindy's full name is Malinda Gayle McCready and she was born November 30th, 1975 in Fort Myers, Florida. She has one son, Zander Ryan born in 2006.
McCready's best known singles are Guys Do It All The Time, which reached number 1 in the Country charts in 1996 and A Girl's Gotta Do (What A Girl's Gotta Do) which reached number 4 in 1997.
She has had many personal and legal problems over the years from using a fake prescription in 2004 to a probation violation which will be dealt with on September, 7th of this year.
